The Beginning

For #Shiny-Pokemon-FTW 's monthly theme. This months theme is: Shiny Revoluction. I got the idea of how he Shiny war (does Revoluction mean war? FUN FACTS: I said before I starts that one Gyrados will be fat, one skinny, and one tall, and I end up with that

The Magikarp was a suggestion from a friend. my first attempt at this I didn't finesh, it became a Boo Kirby
