Instructions:
Your character has been arrested, out of the blue.
For what? Who knows.
When and where? Up to you.
Your character has been dragged into one of those little interrogation rooms - the ones with the big one-way mirror (where your character can stare lovingly into his/her/its own reflection while creeping out the people beyond the glass). If your character has super-powers or advanced technology or has some forceful means of retaliation these cops don't care. They have whatever means necessary to keep your character where they are. You're supposed to know just as much about why your character has been arrested as your character does, so answer this all entirely in-character. No exceptions - don't fill this out if you don't plan to answer IC.
Remember your character has been arrested and hauled in for interrogation while doing nothing crime worthy. They don't know why they're in this situation, unless they are a criminal and might have an idea, and the cops have revealed nothing. Even if they have done nothing crime-worthy, ever, they've been arrested and must act accordingly.
If you have some sort of inseparable duo then, I'm sorry, but they've been separated. Answer for one of them, at the bottom you'll get to dictate the end (which may tie to your other character) anyway.
Bonus points if your character is on the police force and there's been a tragic mix-up.
To help with your answers:
The room is pitch black, other than the light shining directly into your character's face to make it possible for the cops to see your character but impairs your character's vision (if they're blind this isn't a problem to begin with).
There are two cops in the room, one is seated across a table from your character, for all intents and purposes his name is Fluffy. Fluffy has had a bad day and is seething with irrefutable rage at your character's alleged criminal activities (and the coffee he had earlier. It was half-cream. He loathes cream.). The other cop is by the door, your character will not know he's here until he speaks (unless they have some sort of ability/power/sense that would allow them to notice him), his name is Korc. He is in an excellent mood, as he's indulging in sadistic fantasies starring your character.
They will both ignore any and all questions your character asks of them
This is a transition:
Hiroki didn't know where he was, all he knew was that his eyes where just starting to adjust to the dark, and then the light was turned on. He quickly shut his eyes and looked away.
The man sitting infront of him introduced himself as Fluffy.
[1] Fluffy: We can do this the hard way... or the harder way. You give me any cute remarks and I get to have a field day with your face, ain't no good cops here to save you.
Katsuhiro sniggered at the name
"So, what's this an attempt to blind me?" he asked.
He quickly looks back and faces Fluffy smiling, "Or is it something better? Trying to simulate the sun? How about Wasp 18b?"
[2] Fluffy: Yeah. I've seen that look before. You're thinking that was the lamest thing you've ever heard, weren't you? Bet you think you're awful clever, huh? Think I'm stupid? Well we'll just see who the stupid one is when you're behind bars. How you like that, smartarse?
Baka Hiroki thought.
"Hmmm.....You know, if I remember correctly something like this happened to another Japanese person with 'hiro' in their name. However he was actually told what he supposedly did." he hinted.
Fluffy ignored him
[3] Fluffy: Let's start with the basics. Where were you last night 'tween ten an' eleven?
"In my lab of course." Katsuhiro answered
[4] Fluffy: Hah! You got the look of a killer, but nothin' happened last night 'tween ten an' eleven, but you knew that, didn' you? I saw that confused look in your eyes. Nah, we wanna know what you were doing at one in the morning last Wednesday.
"Doing some late night research."
[5] Fluffy: Just digging yourself a deeper hole. You think you can get away with that? We already know what you did last Wednesday. All you criminal folk are the same, thinking you can look all innocent and avoid persecution. Not while I'm around. Since we already know what happened and all why don't you tell us the truth?
"I'll tell the truth, after you tell the truth, because I am telling the truth."
What did I just say? Katsuhiro wondered
[6] Fluffy: Gonna stick to the lies? Fine, fine, it'll make you look that much worse in court. Compulsive liar, adding it to the list. You've got quite the hefty file, did you know that?
"Ohhh I have a file know? I imagine its full of observation's."
[7] Fluffy: May not realize it, but everything piles up. Shoulda joined the police force before it was too late for you; the things we get away with! Hey, we could've been friends! [From the corner, Korc, there comes a low chuckle.] Yeah, probably not, I'd never be friends with scum like you. Speaking of scum, know who we got as a witness? No? C'mon, it'll be fun, just give it a guess.
He jumps a little.
Inbōriron-Kun? Katsuhiro thought.
[8] Fluffy: Not that I thought you'd figure it out, but I thought a criminal mastermind would be smarter. You ever even go to school?
Hiroki leans back in his chair "Well, if you read my 'file' you'd know I have degrees in Enviormental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and more
[9] Fluffy: I don't believe it. Oh, look, it says here you're a compulsive liar, I guess that fits, then. Well, it was easy enough catching you, no matter your education. Think you can learn from the experience? Think you could do better next time? Make it a little more interesting for us?
"If I actually do something next time. I'll make it extra interesting."
[10] Fluffy: Yeah, yeah. Save it. Want some advice on how to do better next time?
"I useually only take advice from my boss but suuuuuure."
[11] Fluffy: How about being less dense? I realize that's a lot to ask of you, but it might work out better if you really tried. What? Surprised? Thought I'd really help you out?
"No, I didn't. And your the dense one."
[12] Korc: State your name for the court
"Hiroki Katsuhiro." He answered
[13] Fluffy: Really! This compulsive lying thing is really going too far, think you're cute, Vitamitamassimo? Think again.
Vitamitamassimo? Katsuhiro thought Some Italian guy?
[14] Fluffy: You don't... really look much like these mug shots from the past. But... it does say you're a master of disguise. You got a number I can call? Someone to contact? I'm so fired if you're actually a civvie.
Shiroyuki sat up straight "I am Hiroki Katsuhiro, head scientist of the Investigation of Veguroid Observation. Go Google it."
[Fluffy gets up to leave the room, pushing past Korc to investigate whatever information your character has given him, whether it be a phone number, address, identification or just their name. Below, write out the rest of the scenario using what you know of Fluffy, Korc, your OC and the environment. There may still be limitations on your character's powers and abilities, and any weapons they might have had on their person would have been taken away, but whatever was restraining them is now gone.]
"Baka!" Hiroki sneezed.

"About time." Katsuhiro got up and headed out, stopping outside of the door he turned around and looked at Fluffy and Korc. "By the way, it was Inbōriron-Kun that licked the tree at Antartica.

~EDIT/FIX/WHATEVER: I didn't like the name I originally gave him, so, I changed it, his name is know Katsuhiro while his last name is Hiroki. Why? Becuse it sounded cool. I named after actor Suzuki Hiroki, known for his role as Jyan Kandou/GekiRed in Juken Sentai Gekiranger. And also actor and model Suzuki Katsuhiro, Known for his role as Hiromu Sakurada/Red Buster in Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters. Hilariously, both of their last name's in Suzuki, both are the red ranger of their season, their character's don't have a Eagle or Lion motif (Jyan with a Tiger and Hiromu with a Cheetah), and they both have wonderful smiles I fell in love with when I first saw them. My older brother joked asking if his middle name had 'hiro' in it. But Japanese don't normally have last names.
And yes, I went Last name-First name in this, in refference to how Japanese do it~

So, I love the show Heroes and was really excited when I learned about Heroes Reborn. I never really thought I'd make a Heroes character cause I never got any idea's (And cause I kinda stopped making characters based on fandoms) But after two or three episodes of Reborn, Hiroki just came to me.
Sooo yeah. I have a Heroes character know! Hiroki Katsuhiro (Katsuhiro Hiroki in the American style) He's a calm and kinda cocky Japanese Scientist. He usually keeps a straight face, but he can give off some amusing expressions at times. He has ability to mirror other Evo's powers. And by mirror I don't mean copy like Peter. I mean mirror. You know, like when you shine a lazer pointer in a mirror and it's reflected onto the wall behind you. He can either reflect it to a wall (or something like that) or at the Evo. Useful against Evo's with powers like fire and electricity, worthless against Evo's that can fly, turn invisable, Breath underwater, ect
He would be portrayed by Ozawa Ryouta. Examples: Just.....just watch this youtu.be/T85Rv1DOWE (You'll see him in a blue jacket when he walks on stage. The one that yell's "SIDDO-SEMPAI!" You also might not find this video as funny as I did. Simply because you have no idea whats going on
All though he isn't my first Asian character (Not counting Katsuhiro I have two and 3/4ths Japanese character's. I also have one Vietnamese. One Korean (North specifically). One Chinese. And one other Japanese, however, I'm not sure about the last four) Hiroki is my first full fledged Asian character to appear here (Fun fact: I say 'full fledged' because Lotus Shadow has Asian in his blood)
Inboriron-Kun, not her real name (see translation notes) she's here because I decided to give Hiroki a aibou cause you know. Hiro and Ando. Miko and Ren.....Japanese duo's! So yeah, Inborinron-Kun is a young teen thats a major conspiracy theorist. Blah blah I have a name design and gender for her know. Fun fact: The actor that portrayed Ando, James Kyson, is South Korean.
Inboriron-kun's real name is Mao Usako.
Investigation of Veguroid Observation I.V.O. (As a joke. It's pronounced evo) Is well, a research organization. My older brother helped me with the name. FUN FACT: When I told him to give random words that begin with i v and o we got Iguanodon Velociraptor Oreos

I was going to include a comment about Fluffy's name in Japanese. I got tired of constantly changing it. I also think I could've done this better.
